Package Specifics:
Prices quoted are per person, based on double occupancy (unless otherwise stated). Prices for travel always originate in the US. Prices are based on flying from New York City to Europe unless otherwise stated. Air add-ons are available for people not traveling from New York City. Prices are based on mid-week travel. Weekend travel may incur a weekend surcharge. Flights on bmi originate from Chicago and Washington D.C. Three-night minimum stay required on most airlines. Maximum stay is 30 days. Fares may require travel on specific flights or times; blackout dates may apply. Prices include hotel taxes. Prices do NOT include Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 roundtrip, September 11th Security Fees of up to $10 roundtrip, U.S. segment taxes of up to $3 per flown segment, and departure/arrival/customs and immigration charges of up to $120 per person. Prices are not retroactive and are subject to change and availability. Must be purchased through Discover British Isles and Europe Travel. All of our prices are cash discounted. If you choose to use a credit card on the final payment a 3.5% service fee will be applied. Other restrictions may apply.

Booking Conditions:
Full payment is due at the time of purchase. This includes a non-refundable booking fee of $500.00 per person. Once we have your payment in house we will request space. If we are unable to acquire your desired package an alternative will be offered to you. Payment must reach our office within 10 days of making reservation. If your money does not make it to our office within 10 days, your reservation will auto-cancel. If you would like to pay by credit card there will be a 3.5% service fee added to your total bill. Upon receipt of payment, Discover British Isles and Europe Travel (a division of Advantage Travel Network) will forward written confirmation of services reserved. Final documentation will be sent approximately 14 to 21 days prior to departure.

Cancellation and Refunds:
If we receive a written cancellation at least 60 days or more prior to departure, Advantage Performance Network will provide a refund less $500.00 per person administration fee. For cancellations received within 59 days prior to departure no refunds will be given.

Due to cancellation and refund policies we HIGHLY recommend everyone purchase travel insurance. You may follow the link to the Travel Insured website on the left hand side of our page to purchase your insurance.

Itinerary Changes:
Passengers changing itinerary after commencement of travel are subject to the full applicable penalties. There is no refund for unused services on land arrangements. Prior to departure, if a change can be accommodated, a $50.00 fee will be charged for each change in addition to any other cancellation fees or change fees charged by suppliers.
This does NOT apply to airline reservation charges, which will be advised at the time the change is requested.

Documentation:
Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport. The expiration date of the passport must be 6 months beyond the date of the end of the services they request. No visa is required for United States citizens or European citizens traveling to Europe.
Other nationalities: It is the responsibility of the traveler to check with their respective Consulate/Embassy as to the travel documentation required to travel to their destination.
Advantage Performance Network or their agents do not accept any responsibility for a passenger having incorrect documentation at the time of travel.

Itinerary Modification:
Package itineraries may vary in tour schedule due to air schedules. Additional hotel nights may be required for some tours and/or packages. These extra night costs are the responsibility of the traveler.

Slight changes to the itinerary may also occur, due to local conditions, weather conditions, and/or unexpected operational difficulties beyond our control (i.e. airline restructuring or schedule changes). Also, should it be necessary, local suppliers reserve the right to substitute tours, performances, meals, etc., with those of equal or greater value, with no further obligation.

Health Requirements:
It is not required for travelers to have any vaccinations or any other types of inoculations to Europe. Please consult with your physician for current recommendations.

Services Not Included:
Cost of passport, excess baggage charges, insurance, personal items such as laundry, cables, telephone calls, room service, additional beverage service, meals and transfers not included in your program, tips to your local guides and drivers, which are subject to your satisfaction with their services and any items not specifically mentioned as included.

Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing a passenger travel protection program that includes protection for trip cancellation or interruption, baggage loss, damage or delay, accidents, emergencies and illness. Travel insurance may be purchased through Advantage Performance Network/Discover British Isles and Europe Travel.

Prices:
Due to the conditions of contract between Advantage Performance Network and our suppliers, under no circumstances will a breakdown of our prices be given.

Validity:
All costs are based on tariffs, prices, exchange rates and local taxes in effect
on September 1, 2004 and are subject to change without notice.

Responsibility:
Advantage Performance Network acts only as an agent of companies providing services for customized tour programs and constituents therein. Advantage Performance Network shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to persons, property, or otherwise, in connection with any service; nor for flight delays or cancellations from causes beyond Advantage Performance Network control, or for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports or other documents; nor shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses, or liability sustained or occurred, by the travel member as a result of any of the foregoing causes. Advantage Performance Network is not responsible or liable for defaults of those not directly under the control of Advantage Performance Network.

Personal and non-commercial use limitations:
This web site is for the User's personal, non-commercial use. User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from this web site.
